E-Claim.com, LLC provides technology products and services to businesses and organizations in the Property and Casualty insurance claims market. The company was organized as a Limited Liability Company in 1999, and business operations began in July 2000, with the launch of E-Claim.com, a Community-portal for P&C claim handlers and their employers.

Due to the rapid growth of the portal and requests for additional services, www.E-Claim.com was re-launched in July 2001 as www.Claims-Portal.com. Claims-Portal was designed around a comprehensive portal software solution, which greatly improved upon many of E-Claim's features, while adding many other new and valuable features. This software is the basis for E-Claim's unique industry offering, DynaClaim, which allows E-Claim to design, build, and host dynamic web sites that share information with Claims-Portal.com, and which the site owner can update via any browser.

E-Claim.com's business has expanded well beyond the operation of Claims-Portal.com to provide Internet-based solutions for businesses and associations in all areas of the claims market.
